URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3dKt9GG6gUY Video ID: 3dKt9GG6gUY ============================================================ [Music] hello folks I would like to start by introducing my sidekick right here yeah hello Ted she has a very long complicated scientific name so I generally referred to by the abbreviation a Bob or as we say here in Sweden Bob Charlie that's enough talk do something [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] thank you so much again I'm Charlie what you're about to see have taken me and 33 years to learn it will take about ten minutes of your evening and you will remember it for at least twice as long that's my promise i do' does that look good yep very important to look good in these circumstances Oh actually before we do anything further there is one thing I have to do I've had something stuck inside my shoe for for the entire day I'm just gonna take it out sorry about this it is that's not it there is something much more annoying in my shoe oh yeah accident okay I started out being a street performer in Covent Garden and and all around the world doing shows and making a living for almost a decade from money people put in my hat and now I have moved into slightly more modern things I've become obsessed by building little technological marvels let's see if we can get this to fraction can we have some music please Bob [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I have a present for you little guy the little bowtie he looks like me have a seat here actually we need a deck of cards [Music] [Applause] [Music] a deck of cards or know that I'm very sorry that was no deck of cards that I love that one okay show them your teleportation prototype yeah that's not ready Bob it's very prototypical they will love it okay let's see if we can do this so I've started experimenting with the concept of teleportation and I've made a couple of breakthroughs for one thing I've realized that it's much easier to make two things change places than two to make one thing teleport to another place it's got something to do with conservation of energy and the second law of thermodynamics but I've got them pretty far to the point where I've I've built these two teleportation tubes and they have this is an extra bottle and I actually I'm not sure where it comes from so just forget you saw that one and then music please [Applause] now I'm as planning this a little bit as a mode of transportation for humans very fast not a lot of carbon expenditure but you might wonder is it possible to bring luggage what happens if your luggage is lost somewhere along the way well it's pretty simple gets teleported back to you now I can see what this person is thinking they're wondering but Charlie is it possible to bring liquids on this kind of journey and the answer is of course this is not some kind of very Bob okay [Music] weird this is but I'm pretty sure this would not happen to human so [Applause] yes drinks on me [Applause] Cheers oh there's nothing you [Applause]
