My name is Rain for G8. I’m glad to stand here to share my opinion. I’m glad to stand here to share my opinion. Today I want to talk about a meaningful topic that is leadership. Educational excellence for life and leadership has always been has always been the models of our school. Coach, nurse, heroine has nights out our core value and outstanding leadership in their own life. Life can be better from leadership. You need leadership to come. Why others? Without leadership you are being an air balloon. Although you are still there, no one cares about you because you have already flown away. Your team members do not need you. I believe creative can help us with progressive leadership. When you look at it from another perspective, it helps everyone. First, creativity is an ability to make or otherwise break Into a sense somewhere new, a new solution to our problems, a new method or device or a new form. Of course, I am showing the creativity of leading others to have a good mentorship right now. I have a question for you. How do we use creativity to improve our leadership? I think it has many answers, but the most important one is you need confidence first. If you feel loved to do anything, your ability will inhibit creativity, which is why it is so important to develop confidence. Be mindful of your progress and celebrate your own efforts in a team. We need more than one idea because there are so many things we don't know. We don't know if it is right. We don't know if it is going to be better. So be brave enough to share your ideas. One example of this is, during house time,I share an ideas for the same competition. Although, the idea wasn’t chosen, I felt brave enough to try and get a different. If you only keep your ideas in your mind, not do anything or spit out how anyone knows your. Just show it. A new plan can save the team. A new plan can make the team better. A new plan can make you be the leader. So just spit it out. Communication is also important. And exchanging ideas make it easy to discover and understand the feelings of others. Support. People are not in the team. Everyone should communicate, not shout and fight. Wouldn't it be better to work together to create more innovative, challenging and actionable solutions to solve problems? Have confidence in your team members, too. You can motivate your members. Encourage them to be confident in their creativity, demonstrate innovation and challenge themselves. I did my best to motivate my sister to demonstrate her ability while she was in the school musical The Jungle Book. Also. Try new things. Try new things. Can. And testing. New poses. It can give you an idea about the team stronger and weakness. And how to creatively tackle challenge. Big problems don't always requires based solutions. If your team become a good problem solver, you can save time and energy, transforming a common group to a dispersed team that can implement innovative ideas and solutions. I hope that in the future I can be a good leader by developing my creativity, skill and leadership in my life. Our school Headmaster. I hope to be able to support others to get great education and inspire them to also develop leadership skills. There are many ways to define leadership because of the time. I need to stop here now.
