hello everybody our friend richard questioned me what is your plus one of 2020 probably for me from the late 2019 to 2020 was a time only with big miners primarily my wife midori suddenly passed away from heart attack in november 2019. we have been working together for more than 30 years obviously it was the biggest minus one for me people may say that pandemic of copy 19 is also big -1 however on the contrary it has given us an awareness to change the busy and dry lifestyle of modern civilization into the slow and fruitful lifestyle of life culture so i suppose it makes even well my wife midori kiuchi was an actress for 50 years but before being an actress she was a person with clear belief of her own yes she was a positive activist she wasn't afraid of saying no to unreasonable or unfair things in the world she appeared in tedx one month before she passed away it was in tedx saikai which was an unique version taking place on a deserted island in japan in her talk she looked in full energy and spoke to audience you can change the world if you wish who could imagine that she would suddenly pass away in a month however when i heard this sad news i didn't feel so pessimistic because we mirory and i believe in reincarnation so she surely would be born again someday somewhere i imagine so without any doubt when the pandemic surged in 2020 i asked myself what midori would say if she were alive she must have said that god punished the human beings we human beings put too much trust in science and technology on the other hand we disregard the power of nature when i thought so the melody line of emerging by john lennon came up in my mind suddenly because middleweight respected and loved john the most through her life let me present a lyric of this song imagine i believe this lyrics seems like the last words from the soul of midori as she wished i scattered her ashes deep in the mountain last september while scattering i imagined the world probably immediately dreamed of is a world free from competition of wealth and free from military power expansion and free from discriminating people by borders of countries and religions it's a spiritually rich world where people are sharing the true happiness in relaxed and comfortable life yes i believe my first one of 2020 is a song of imagine that is a world of imagination thank you very much
