topic for today is women in business, extraordinary woman making
the world a better place. Preparing extraordinary woman must
be extraordinary preparation, and this upbringing
cannot just be an instant. A strong and tough mother will teach
their children to be tough and to be strong. Like what my mother
taught me how to be strong and to be tough. Many people, thinks or people believe that actually
woman should be protected by men, by their father, their brothers, their uncle, boyfriend or even husband And all men should be able
to protect women. But what my mother taught me, a woman should be able to take care of
their brothers and should be able to be a good partner to their husband,
a good partner, meaning in preparing or raising the
children together and also dealing and managing family matters together,
all equal and support to each other. That is supposed to be a woman. There are many successful and wonderful
woman in this world that creating a good life and a good prosperity
for many of us because women are the pillar in the house, mother is always
the person in the house that we look for and also where we always
go to the mother. I’ve been managing or hosting
a program Woman on top in Ralphy radio since 2017 till 2019. For the past three years, I interviewed
a woman on top, a woman successful, they are entrepreneurs, they’re leaders
in their organization. Based on these three years in the view,
We do research and analysis. Then we found that then X factors
that all this successful woman, wonderful woman have all in common. The number one X factor with all
these women have in common. Number 1, is all of them. They
have a very big dream. They all have the same characters and mentality that it is nice to be
somebody compared to being nobody. So they work hard to make
their dreams come true. The second thing in there have in common is to have confidence, to have confidence must be practiced and must be built
as a simple as learning how to ride a bicycle. When you are successful,
be able to ride a bicycle, you gain confidence, then
you can drive a car. Then you can also gain confidence
by a simple And a deeper or you can call
for many people online and the language that is also will
help you to gain confidence. This is what this wonderful woman,
a successful woman, have all in common, confidence. The third thing, the X factors that
they have in common is the well-being. This woman,
this successful woman. They all feel comfortable with themselves.
So they like to feel good. They like to look good, 
then will bring good vibe, good relation to the parents, to husband, to friend, to boyfriend,
to children and also to in-law. And also they have a good relationship
with their employee. So this woman, they like to do good
as simple as open the door for other people. And therefore, X factors that this woman all have in
common is attitude. Attitude is as math of important 
of knowledge and skill. You will always be welcome in
any place, in any condition. And in any term, when you
have a good attitude, good attitude is also become a likable
person when people will like you, whenever they are near by you.
So this is all the four X factors have in common
with these successful woman. The fifth factor is to have
ethics in business. If we don't have good ethics in business,
then we will have no business at all. So this woman, successful woman, they always prepare
all programs or product, any things that they prepare thinking
for the benefit of their customer or the benefit of many people before
the profit for their company. So this kind of attitude,
this kind of ethics, will make their business always growing. And then every business must
also have a purpose. The good things about this wonderful
woman, they all need to be careful. When things looks good, it's
probably they are. So the six X Factor that all these
successful women have in common is their mastery of relationship skill that is also
important to learn. Relationship Skill can be built
by building a network, have a good relationship
and have many friends and also get involved in many activities
and be a member of many organization and most of all, always be
helpful to many people. The seven X Factor of this woman,
they have all leadership skills. Don't make a mistake. The leadership
skill is not that always become the superior. The leadership skill is to be able to be obedient to yourself, to influence yourself, to have a self
control of your emotion, of your ambition, because you will regret it one day. If
you don't able to control yourself. Once you'll be able to control yourself, you'll be able to control other
people to have faith in you. So this is the leadership skill that
many women have in common. The eight X Factor that this woman have all in common is organizational skill. They're very organized. They're
always well prepared. They do their homework, they have
the to do list and they become a good team players in their team. They
don't think anything for granted. And then number nine X factors they have
in common, they're keeping the promise. If you don't keep your promise,
people will leave you. So keeping the promise is to be punctual and is always responsible
about what you do, about what you make a decision about
what you have already promised and always be polite and a good manner
and also to be accurate. One, you are not accurate. People will not believe you anymore
and always be independent and always be aware and
cautious at all time. Number ten, this is the last
and I think this is the most important that all these
women have in common. The first one is they like to be
the best and they want to be the best that they can be. And they want to be useful and always
want to be significant. So their present people will feel and
also they want to be successful. If you don't want to be successful, you will not successful and always
be thankful and grateful for what God has given and what is
happening to them and helpful and also grateful to the
people who helped them. So this what make this woman successful.
