[Music] [Applause] do you believe in superheroes yeah I'm sure when we were all on little kids little boys and girls you used to admire your favorite superhero can you tell me who's your favorite superhero and let me just give you a few examples for to pick I'm sure you are quite familiar with this okay for those who have no idea who are this evil either you're too old don't tell me who you are or you're too young now can I share with you who's my first [Applause] superhero sugar spice and everything nice these were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girl but Professor utonium accidentally added an extra ingredient to the concoction Chemical X thus the Powerpuff Girls were born using their Ultra superpowers Blossom Bubbles and butter cup have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of evil and I you still remember as it was yesterday when I was only 7 years old every single Sunday morning we have power series and I can still remember it's 10:00 in the morning and every time I ask my mom mommy can you tell me what chical x like I don't know and I ask her how do I get it she couldn't tell me the answer and I went into school I asked my teachers could you tell me what's kind leg I have no idea I went to engineering school University technology F UTB I asked my lecturers can you tell me what techical act no idea and it was one fine day back in the year 2008 it was exactly this place is in Chancellor Hall and I was walking past and it was doing the cation ceremony and I people across window and I saw wow that is something called transer award and I told myself 4 years I'll be there and guess what after four years I this crazy dream you know it's a vision Bo that you paste all your dreams there and now this one big vision board in my room it's orange in color and right at this spot here I pasted the picture of Chancellor Hall that was back in 2008 guess what after 4 years yes the feeling when let me just tell you this experience of mine now I have this one C in my room and ever since I got this award when I got this in my R back room and I I saw that picture you know the feeling that you think done wow but my chemic life journey is not ending yet a few months after that I it was in this place I went to a orphanage home it was in Clan Kaa and I was walking into the room and across the room was the this lady in the 50s with a bright smile Bley come in could you all imagine yourself being a dialysis patient both kidneys failed and you have to do treatment and it's not here it's not the jab you have a tube as big as a pan poking across your stomach three times a day 20 minutes each time how would you feel painful isn't it at that situation could you imagine yourself still helping other people I saw this exact woman here her name is your guest to all these 17 girls right here she is a superhero to me wow first time in my life I saw a superhero and in my mind I knew she had chemical Act so I asked her can you tell me what made you so successful what made you so happy what made you so fulfilled in life and all she told me was I don't know I just know what I do come on I came all the way from go one hour to CL and you tell me you not know of course I not tell her but in my mind I say could there be another answer behind and I continue my search and I continue my search I'm a trainer a speaker and author so in my journey I'm fortunate enough I spoken to more than 30,000 students in schools universities colleges to prosect you and I ask all these wonderful people successful Achievers across Malaysia and I ask them what made you so successful and all of them give me the same answer I don't know I just know what I do and my next question was this how do I map chemical acts instead of just saying I don't know I love what I do could they be an answer behind and there was my search and this sh you this this is number one fighting that I found out successful people don't like what they do but they love what they do could you all imagine when the first time you called it oh my God the butterfly woman and all these feelings and one thing about these successful people what is like and what is love but could you tell me why you love your parents I don't know I just love them that's love okay let me just ask guys really if you guys please man now when your girlfriend ask you this question why do you love me that's the toughest question there [Applause] even and if you are girls right here let me tell you this and the best answer is I don't know I just love you now but instead of just saying this how do we map chemical act and that was my search and after meeting all these people I know one thing for sure when you have chemical acts it moves you to break fear it moves you to break obstacles and he moves you to learn what you do so what do I mean I move which is this right here the first thing they all tell me they have a meaning behind your career now what do I mean my meaning behind my career I remember I can still remember this was an encounter with an actress she's in the 20s she's very young very pretty short Fair girl it was in LSA and I set across theable and I asked her her name is Jo and I asked her why do you love singing and she told me this because I believe with my voice I can heal people's heart and I met artist and I asked them po can you tell me the meaning behind the art and she told me this one story about flying balloons a big Hoster like this two R balloons flying and I asked why is it two balloons and she said balloon represents reting yourself cutting the screen to make yourself free but sometimes when you break free you have clouds if you stand right here beautiful if you stand right here me they have a meaning behind your career can I sh you what's my meaning a lot of people like you ask me so why do you become and what I say this now my biggest meaning career is when I meet people like you especially when I meet small kids and I can still remember every single time can I give talks and after I give my talk there be someone looking at you one time want to say something to you and the moment they say thank you Wesley you changed my life and let me tell my experience speaking in schools there are two kinds of people that I me majority of them number one people who do not realize their talent people who did not discover their gift and I find quite sad and the second group people people who discover their talent but they don't have to step up what about you I was there before I all these fear just stopping myself from stepping up but let me tell you this one thing my biggest meaning in my career is when I want to be that person who can you can do it too you can do it too and I was right there that's my in my now it's meaning enough no and one thing that I learn from all these people with chemical acts they are original people authentic they are true to their own values if I bring to a past mind now this was in February 2013 it was during the season chines New Year you know when you visit your uncles and aunties what will usually aunties ask you three questions Wesley are you married yet Wy do you have a girlfriend why do you care and good question where are you working right now you said do it do it it and I didn't tell them the answer it was until one fine day and I can still remember as if it was yesterday this is what I go like this was my living room so far here and it was 1:00 in the morning and I came back a full day of training tiring and I sleep the time was 1:00 in the morning it was tiring I opened the door and across the room was the older version of me he short his Plum St face son sit down something bad going to happen and when I was about to sit there I could feel he very angry and across the table was my dad son can you tell me what happened to your job offer that I I rejected all of them it was p s like this and she said and he said what do you mean that you rejected you are the best engineering student in UTP one of the best in Malaysia you tell me you don't want to be an engineer that I want to be speaker I want to change people's Liv so wonderful doing that and back I meet you anymore in my life not anything second [Applause] [Music] more have you ever felt a moment in time that you were lost you didn't know what to do that point of time I have two options number one to leave other people's tree number two to leave your and there sometimes in life you have an angel and demon in you and the demon Bes you that says just give just be engineer but the point of time this this Angel inside me and she whispered beside my stayful to your dreams that was what I did and you might ask me what happened after that and the year after that I could still remember this was 9:00 in the morning on a Wednesday morning I was driving to a school it's smk in and I was driving all of a sudden my dad hi Dad why why are you crying I'm sorry this was what happened and they see this and I still remember his voice when he said this it's as if I could feel him in front of me my head and he said this son I'm so sorry whatever you do I will always be proud of you I remember this one book when you do the best God will handle the rest and this what exactly I did listen to your own voice to your angel and ask what do you really want be authentic your own Val and then I ask all these people is it enough to be original no you must have a vision and this is the exact next Point Fe is Vision now do you know what vision is it is like a world in you that you imagine so real um if you know Martin Luther King he once said I see a world I have a dream little white kids little black kids holding hands playing in the playground he has a dream can I sh you my me every single day when I wake up I see the world people like you right there from the front to the back to the side I see people like you every single day when you wake up with passion with energy with vision in life and I can see people like you excited to go to work to be in business and you have an this enth the excitement feeling that you have and I believe all of you have heard the same thing before and and let me tell you one truth you are the best person to see clearly on anyone else that's why people say successful people are crazy people because right they can't see your you are the only person who can see when you have M when you have o when you have V comes the next element but this is the most important part when you havex you have en and I can still remember when I meet all these people and they like they are superheroes you know and they have so much energy in there and they try s to you you know the moment you felt the Iron Man like and they all have that and this is how they wake up and this is how I wake up early in the morning not sing but you jump out excited with energy because you love what you do isn't it true people ask me so so you you you have told me how to map chemical act so how do we find chemical Acts and I ask all these people and I realiz this one thing initiation starts from inspiration and ask all these people what inspire you to become who you are today and they all brought me memory of childhood the chemical expent here and that and allow me to share with you a story of this person now his name is Mr John he is an English teer and he left TV at the year of 2011 many of you may not know who it is now English te traveling across the world only English back in the year 2009 this was the ex group blog P for those of my Facebook I came ear to snap this picture and I can still remember this if you are with me the time that you will find me in this room of 40 students these are all my peers chemic engineering student and all things they all there and is a course called professional communication skills public speaking class um it was P presentation you have to present on the product or services to compl the crow so many of the people did having BS having more hostels you having more whatsoever and being the last that day I was about to present on the topic the secret The Law of Attraction and and Mr John stood there and welcome let's welcome the last speaker for today the West CH so walk to the middle and for the first 10 seconds I was extremely nervous because it's something beyond the watch something else at the end of 7 Minute half the crowd was done at the back of that room and I saw Mr John and they said this one code that changed my life forever [Applause] [Applause] but I knew at a point of time because nobody in my life I speak nobody in my life told me I inspire people it was exactly this that changed my life forever at a point of time I had all of you had moments like this remember that question when do I know I'm sure sometimes you know you are you are in the boutique shop you're looking for a dress a shirt you know for this prom and dinner and then you go to this shop and then you will find dress or shirt you know that you pick a few and but just looking is it good enough no you have to try it so you bring it to the feting and try one I want too fat no too sleep like so what do you do and you start picking and this may not be the right Feit for you but there are sometimes when you're lost and from far you can see this white tracks by just seeing is it enough no you go and you pick and you wear the moment you wear then your heart will tell you it's a misfit but a perfect fit but when the moment you find the perfect fit this how you do it's a picture of Cinderella press let me just tell you one thing so what chemical x all about let me tell us Chemical X Chemical X your passion the day you find your P the day you find your passion is the day you become your own of your life and all of you here I believe I do not care if you're from Malaysia other world different color I don't care all of you have a gift have a talent in you and you all that pass and two take two take away points for today and for those of you here I will to ask who you are for those who have found your chemical acts let me tell you just do it because why many people have just spoken to when they realize they obsess something they thought they are there you are not alone you know who you are if it impacted you it's you to look at the side you're not alone having a Passion it's normal
