But please don't have high expectations about my Romanian and Hungarian. This is pretty much all I know. And he pronounced really well. My name is Tanser and it's a really great pleasure to meet you all today. Let's start with one quote from one of my favorite movie. We travel to ourself whenever we go to a new place. Now I want you to think for a while. When was the last time you had this feeling on your journey? me my life has been full of such experiences and today I'm going to share some of them with you behind my experiences we are going to talk about discovering yourself stepping outside the comfort zone adaptation to change turning the challenge into growth the true power of friendship and finally the responsibility that we all carry to share our experiences with others. I know it sounds a little philosophical but I promise you will not get bored. So before we dive in there, I will take you to my childhood with one simple story like a flashback in the movies. I was four years old and one day my mother didn't allow me to go out and play with my friends. She put me into the living room while she was cooking in the kitchen. My friends were playing outside and I was watching them through the window. You can imagine how annoying it is, especially for someone like me because I was super hyperactive kid. Actually, still I am just not a kid anymore. And the difficulties, shortcomings, and the limitations guys couldn't stop me. I jump over the balcony and start to play with my friends. Uh I believe after certain point of time my mom entered the living room where I supposed to be and she searched for me for a long time. But one thing I clearly remember how angry and anxious she was when she found me outside. So I don't recommend you to do that because nothing is much stronger than mother's anger and love. So don't annoy your mothers. But the actual reason I share this story, it shows some of the traits I really found valuable on my character. First, my hyperactivity. It might be even described as a symptom of HDHD in modern psychology, but I never been diagnosed or treated on that. Second, my rebellious spirit against the unreasonable boundaries and the limitations especially set by others. So even at that age I couldn't fit into the boxes which doesn't match with my character and my value. And the third my determination to win doesn't matter what game or challenge it is I must win. Luckily, through the years, I learned how to deal with them and how to use them in an efficient and positive way. So, I become the guy not only jumping from the balcony, I started my journey across the borders of countries along with my profession. I lived and worked in eight different countries and 15 different cities. As you can imagine, I had a great chance to discover so many new cultures because you know crossing the border is not only about geography we mentioned in the code. It is also about learning more about yourself and discovering the new worlds. As a short we can say that it is an inward journey and expansion your borders but sure moving to a new country is not easy. We start from zero in most of the cases right and we must rebuild our basic needs again and again from scratch. friendship, security, accommodation, food, which is the most difficult one for me, and even love sometimes. So, I know it sounds uncomfortable and frightening. But it is all about getting used to going out of your comfort zone because outside the comfort zone your survival mode switchs on. Now you are forced to renew yourself to adjust the new conditions after restructuring is more or less completed like 80 90% the growth and the development it become real and visible for you and for the people around you. I believe this is the advanced form of survival. Actually this is the life itself. Even evolutionist says that adaptation is life. Especially in this turbo capitalistic world that we live in. We must adopt all changes as quick as possible. So my guys my superpower is adaptation and stepping outside the comfort zone it is just a habit for me. What terrifies others it actually excites me. Now how how about you? You see the change as a threat or as an opportunity to grow. Doesn't matter. Either way, there are tools helping us to face with those difficulties. Books, intellectuals, friends and meaningful conversation with the friends, movies, music, art. Those tools not only support us but they also transform us. During my conversation with the people, I discovered so many new intellectual from different nationalities. I will give you one example from my life. Uh it happened with my physiootherapist but be careful not psychotherapist. First, I went her to have manual therapy because of my neck pain. And somehow our conversation grew into a friendship. And one day she gave me a book, Victor Franco, man's search for meaning. Oh my god, that book deepened my inner journey to find the true purpose of life. This is what I mean by tools. The things shifted your path into more meaningful direction. So those tools created a man of universe. Of course, transformation didn't happen only in the books and the conversations, right? It happened in real places with real people. Now I'm going to take you a short trip among the countries that I lived and how they left mark on me. First United Kingdom. It was the first time I come close to the different cultures and the mindsets. So it was the time that I had to learn how to build communication channels and the bridges with others. Additionally, I internalized the importance of critical thinking. Those skills I gained there in UK, they carried me to Azarbaijan Baku. I was successful on that challenging and stressful project because of my adaptation, communication and proactive skills thanks to hyperactivity. And after the project I realized that such harsh environments can accelerate the selfdevelopment and then this challenge opened a new door to the Middle East Saudi Qatar and then Dubai where I grew professionally. I even started doing triathlon because of a bath with friends and unfortunately I lost the bath but I learned from my lost. It was the first time I felt this body and the spirit so deep. And this experience gave me a gift how to deal with my hyperactivity. And then radical change from the luxury life of a Dubai to a simplicity of an ancient city in the eastern part of Turkey. Those youngsters, the junior engineers, they helped me out to discover my inner treasure. Teaching while leading. I had to share my knowledge and experiences to reach the success together with others. short time experience but crucial impact. And then I moved to North Macedonia, my window opening to the Balkan world. It was the place where I eleated my professional image to the highest level. Meanwhile, I began motivating people to step out of their comfort zone and I really felt profound happiness in witnessing the changes in their lives. That small country taught me the true power of emotional intelligence. Finally, now in Romania, I've been living and working in this beautiful country for almost 10 months. I am surrounded with kind people and amazing nature. And I feel that I'm not only living in this beautiful country. I keep learning again. And thanks to you all, I'm learning to prepare delicious chorba, but not legume. Chba of all experiences I gathered so far to serve others. As you can see, each country enriched me, but not with money or possessions. We are talking about something much deeper. Wisdom and inner growth. Eric from changed my vision deeply recently. Live the life not to have but to be. One of the highest purposes of life is to support constant growth and then strengthening your own personality and after that sharing this with others. That is why if you are waiting for the flawless moment, comprehensive guides or plans or ideal circumstances, please please stop waiting for it. Just like that little boy, jump over the balcony each time. Start your journey. The the path will reveal itself. Now I would like to ask you all what is the balcony in your life? What limitations are you ready to jump over? Do you have courage to cross the borders and boundaries? But but first the boundaries and the limitations within your mind and your soul. Multimask laather. [applause]
