the evolution of science experience thank you what is the current sex tradition 800 57. 62 that says everything so that's the product let's see private sex ratio of good random state and the rest of the brothers are invisible we don't know where they are because [Music] when we are talking about women empowerment even if you're talking about the fact that sometimes you already know each required and whatever you want you you should more than leadership in social life it's very important to just realize that the data takes profitable problems for something else and um I want to focus on the entire teamwork in this organization that started with everyone and I will also share my experience with work with all of you to talk about this further this also reminds me of the reason being visiting so when I go on to create visits I typically go to sports and I have a discussion today uh you know political institution I had a discussion today so I can see I can see ones community in Spanish food teachers and so on and so forth so I always want to speak with you and the Innocence and after visiting five students they can't use one for the posters of maybe Freedom Fighters extra resources together create a chemistry that must and he was showing us that we understand that again that America had posters off and also hand drawn images of scientists and all these images were also handled foreign ask the question was probably not expected and associate us but they never came to them they never realized that these images or all of them in place and they look at this gentleman who also you know trying to figure out a good response he also told me that indicated to an island of what is successfully and he said that achievers and five years I was not necessarily talking about advice but there was not and I asked you said you know why haven't you had a problem what's up so this gentleman said to me that you know I was just over stressing the point or 40 minutes later [Music] um I've been on the bottom is not really connected but I'm going to say to you it's something that educational research performs that we want to boil does matter whether it's before it's not one school but being there in the text studently to be talking about most students if you talk about transgender students what I want to stressed about is the point of relationship our children gone a long time is a lot of unsaid sort of soft text that goes on we know which is repeated is a constant frequency and it gives them it creates the foreign what they are supposed to be expecting from the society what is expected of them and what is not acceptable [Music] resources but the point is that the question we ask them to make it to repeat to your text is very important when children sleep well avoid child sneeze then there are examples of for instance the state actual impacts astronauts [Music] you know when to see when they see that they are indivisible from the next if it gets to the very different kind of message then this is probably not the air there you go to the red job and I want to talk about this uh what this wonderful research that has done it was done with 20 000 students England and the rest numbers [Music] so the reason was that um you know scholarship and come around seven years of age but all together and they would ask for Toronto what do you want to be in future and those drawings were then analyzed and it was surprised [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] that so I'm sure if nothing background wasn't the only Factor impacting children's decision with Sportsman social media and gaming we actually got all the list of entire voice and feature within the prop choices of us program um so you know it also said that a lot of its children take cues from what they can be true what is a neighborhood around them and because also that's why when we need more diversity uh for these children we have seen in terms of whether it's career goals or other notes in life and imagine a place and I'm really talking about our rural universities no [Music] but your choice isn't it from the value choices for the Lord lives aren't as many and in these situations what is possible for this child to really draw aspiration from is the next is the next he or she is reading is the imagery he or she is looking at and the symbols direct indirect that he or she is receiving best to stop and have you seen Catherine and Hobbs [Music] but this is generally um it's just trying to be funny it's just trying to be pretty but you've seen a lot of other text that goes on it goes on to say how close is not really the name you know a natural thing for us is [Music] [Music] that this invisibleness in the text is very important to address and here are some examples women and men but very much there so if you've seen second wife Iran and I'm just leaving it in my order number of days so we study in English subject is about that person or object about which the sentence is that positions [Music] [Music] in Syria to see women coming off in the second classified uh this foreign [Music] for children and not a general contribute to see that it's just not reducing the powerful relationships that you see in the society between men and women relationships [Music] to create the world which is really cool to believe on each and every one of us now let me set this up let me step inside of it and say if this is what you receive as a school educator for instance this is the best thing to see I want you to do there's another possibility as an educator you would always critically engage with it when a leader of an institution realizes that gender Equity gender equality it's an area of she or he has to be family if they are open enough reflecting about they are reflecting all of their experiences are looking inside of the biases on itself into practice I think the part of the journey is really popular in one second step of making an institution for more equal ways I don't want to stop at that in to reiterating that the important role that leaders of Institutions have in recognizes and their advices which is possible by some reflection which is possible by just going out of people that is talking to them this possible by reflecting that in your school or your college has you know anything about Allah or even in general this people should be more positive individual leadership and decision maybe more abandonment so it's just about taking a step back reflect and understanding the landscape that you're creating of [Music] equality thank you very much [Applause]
